No smoking of any kind in the townhome or on the deck. Fines will be applied.
Only 2 vehicles are allowed in the parking lot. Additional cars can be parked in the public lot at the Westin or at The Village.
The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 persons.
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am.
Two night minimum stay. For Holiday periods, the minimum stay is 3 night minimum.
We love fur babies but sorry, pets are not permitted at this property.
Due to the existence of bunk beds and stairs, no children under the age of 6.
Candles and other incendiary items/devices are not allowed.
The property is located on Lakeview Blvd in Mammoth Lakes. Exact address will be supplied at least 7 days prior to guest arrival.
The property is beautifully furnished and includes luxury linens, bath and kitchen towels, comforters, duvets and pillows. There will be a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, coffee pods and toiletries for you to get settled.
Checkout Checklist
Make sure you have all of your belongings.
Load and start the dishwasher.
Remove all food from refrigerator and freezer.
Before leaving please remove all trash and place in GREEN bear proof trash bin outside in the parking lot by the community center spa. Housekeepers may not come for a few days and left over food in the trash in the house attracts bugs so please remove and place in outdoor trash bins. Please make sure to secure the trash bins with the carabiner.
Make sure the fireplace is turned off.
Turn off all heaters EXCEPT for the one in the hallway DOWNSTAIRS. That should remain on and set at 60 degrees.
Turn off lights and close windows. Close and lock the sliding glass door to the deck.
Please make sure to lock the door by hitting the check mark button. Make sure both doors are locked.
